Thursday

Halloween

Time to get in the mood. This is like Christmas and Halloween in one.
Enjoy these.
Silent Hill 2 OST: Part 1 - Part 2
Password: www.mediaportal.ru

One of my favorite soundtracks ever - shockingly beautiful. Cannibal Holocaust OST.

(original soundtrack music from the films una lucertola con la pelle di donna (1971), the new york ripper (1982), the house by the cemetary (1982), manhattan baby (1982), the beyond (1981), demonia (1991) and door to silence (1991))

Tuesday

Nicki Minaj

A lot of people will probably hate her voice, but the way she emphasizes words sounds wicked to me. She makes it clear she's a student of Lil' Wayne's, which sure isn't a bad thing in my books.

Not to mention she murders all the guys here:

Sunday

Cadbury Dairy Milk music video (literally?)

I don't know what is going on here, but I likes it...

Friday

Nosaj Thing

Awesome musician.
Interviewed him a long time ago. I always respect artists much much more when they reach out even to little unknown blogs like mine for those kinds of things.

Monday

We Were Once A Fairytale (by Spike Jonze)

I don't know if Kanye is trying to breakdown his ego a bit or just having a wank.
Either way, I just wish Spike Jonze did more of these amazing things at a faster rate.
But maybe it's his patience and attention to detail that makes his stuff so untouchable.

This is strange strangeness. In a good way.

Thursday

Toyo Ito & Associates Architects / Tama Art University Library

I want to sleep on those sine-wave-looking things people are resting on..

Dead Flies Art

Jealous of the imagination this took.
(thanks Siobhan)

WAM WAM WAM WAM WAM WAM

Tuesday

Camera Obscura - The Sweetest Thing

Camera Obscura are adorable.
They agreed to an email interview once but never replied to my questions.
They're a bit less adorable in my mind because of that, but still pretty adorable.

Thursday

Freestyle Translation

This is one of the best and most well-executed ideas I've seen in a long time.

REC 2 (trailer)

Jimminy Christmas, this looks amazing.

If you haven't seen REC, do so. And then we'll all see this and be so happy that despite Americans keep shitting on wonderful foreign horror cinema, the originals continue to be made.

Blakroc

When worlds collide like this my ears are never happier.

This is Black Keys + Mos Def, but the rest of the Keys album will be featuring various Wu-Tang members, Jim Jones, Ludacris, Q-Tip, and a bunch more.
