UNDERCITY

This is unbelievable.
This is a tour of New York you'll never get,
but thank god for this great footage.
---

Anyone interested in extreme journalism, tourism, wandering around,

or if you're just a kid at heart - this is your shit. More entertainment than

what I've seen on television or in a movie in a damn while.

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF SIGHT & SOUND

These videos don't have anything to do with each other.
One is a documentary film being hosted on Pitchfork currently
about minimal techno and its place in different societies around the world.
---
The other is a short film by Intel about Scott Schuman (aka The Sartorialist),
following him around New York while he does what he's best at:
capturing the city life and those who make it worth being in and around.
---
I just happened to watch them together and it made me appreciate
two really important aspects of my life.

CHAMILLIONAIRE

Going through KOOPA's discography.
Fucking great stuff, and the majority of North America
probably only knows him for "Ridin' Dirty". Don't get me started on Z-RO.

DANNY BROWN

A veteran in and out of the game; underground but entertaining.

BIUTIFUL

MAX B

One of my favorites from the sultan of the wave.
I think for artists who've ended up in jail, Max B has left behind one of the best
unreleased catalogues of all time. Even someone like Weezy didn't have
consistently quality stuff dropping while he was doing time.

It's almost all worthy of getting an engineer in there to remaster everything.
or, master it for the first time, probably.
